Product availability is updated regularly. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before final checkout.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any product in its original condition for a refund, without penalty. To initiate a return:

Ship the product back at your own expense.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
8. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by the legal warranties applicable in your country.
GlintBot shall not be liable for indirect damages (e.g., loss of income, missed opportunity) resulting from the use or malfunction of its products.
9. Force Majeure
GlintBot shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supplier failures).
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable consumer laws.
