We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from GlintBot. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days

You have the right to return any product within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at support@myglintbot.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Wait for return instructions before sending any product back.

  3. Ship the product to the return address we will provide.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If the return is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or wrong item).


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
We will offer an exchange, a replacement, or a full refund — at no additional cost to you.


Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior authorization.

  • Custom or personalized items (unless defective).
